Paul William Winterton MD earned his medical degree from Harvard Medical School in 1993, and completed his Orthopedic Residency at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota in 1998. He completed fellowship training at the Institute for Bone and Joint Disorders in Phoenix, Arizona in Sports Medicine, Shoulder and Knee Arthroscopy, and Foot and Ankle Reconstruction. Dr. Winterton opened the Utah Cartilage Repair Center in 2005 as well as the Utah Ligament Repair Center. He is currently the Medical Director for The Joint Regeneration Center of Utah in Murray, Utah, as well as Precision Point Orthopedics and South Towne Orthopedics In Draper Utah where his focus is the clinical application of Regenerative Biologics. Dr. Winterton also sees patients at "CellsTime Regenerative Medicine Clinics" in Guadalajara, Cabo San Lucas, Puerto Vallarta, and Cancun where treats his American and Canadian patients with cultured and expanded Placental Derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells for multiple musculoskeletal-disorders.
